I accepted the quest by talking to the bear by Olde Town and he said for me to talk to multiple other merchants in the Shopping District.The main worlds give roughly 10 levels each. Honestly, you're also close enough to 130 where you can just farm Dragoon. You may get some looks from people but King Det is way easier than Darkmoor and some people who speed quest don't farm Darkmoor or Waterworks like crazy either. Plus, no real cheats. Just make sure you all stack different feints first round and blades/traps second round.
