I've been grinding out Celestia for a while now and been trying to level up to go for Waterworks gear, but in order for me to level up the Grizzleheim and Wintertusk quest showed up. I accepted the quest by talking to the bear by Olde Town and he said for me to talk to multiple other merchants in the Shopping District.The main worlds give roughly 10 levels each. You may need a few side quests/worlds to make it perfect, but generally that is what happens. When reaching Khrysalis, you become overleveled for the rest of the game. I have barely started the Atheneum in Dragonspyre, but I finished Grizzleheim yesterday. Although it would be extremely difficult, I could quest in Wintertusk to reach Grandmaster Necromancer. Not only do you get quests for a couple school specific spells from there, but there is also a gear recipe trainer in wintertusk that teaches recipes for gear that is comparable to waterworks gear. If you don't feel like farming for level 60 gear, the craftable gear from wintertusk is good enough to take you to 100.

Honestly, you're also close enough to 130 where you can just farm Dragoon. You may get some looks from people but King Det is way easier than Darkmoor and some people who speed quest don't farm Darkmoor or Waterworks like crazy either. Plus, no real cheats. Just make sure you all stack different feints first round and blades/traps second round.
